Sptfy is a free short-link service for Spotify. Paste a Spotify link, get a branded short URL like sptfy.co/your-song, see click analytics, and optionally fire your remarketing pixels on every click. Sptfy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify. It is made by musicians to help other musicians share their music on Spotify in a better way.

Yes. There is no paid tier, no link cap and no click cap. Link creation is rate-limited to 10 per hour per IP address to stop abuse.

Tracks, albums, artists, playlists, shows and episodes. Regular links, share links with ?si=, intl- links, embed links and spotify: URIs are all accepted. Non-Spotify URLs are rejected.

Paste a Spotify URL at sptfy.co. You will see a preview with artwork and suggested slugs. Pick a slug, enter your email, agree to the terms, and click the activation email we send. Logged-in users skip the email step and the link is live immediately.

If you created it without being logged in, it is reserved for 24 hours and goes live the moment you click the activation email. That email is also your login. Links that are not confirmed within 24 hours are deleted.

A slug is 2 to 48 characters of lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens. Slugs are case-insensitive and must be unique across Sptfy. A few words used by the site itself are reserved.

No, slugs are permanent. Create a new link instead. You can change the destination to any other Spotify URL, and you can delete links at any time.

No. Share parameters, intl-xx/ prefixes, embed/ paths and spotify: URIs are all normalised to one clean Spotify URL.

Yes. Every link has a QR code with a custom colour that you can download as a PNG.

A page view on the Sptfy page before Spotify opens: Meta PageView, TikTok page, GA4 page_view, a Google Ads remarketing ping, and Snap PAGE_VIEW. It fires in the background as the fan clicks through, on the way to Spotify. No custom events, no conversion events, and no server-side Conversions API.

No. It loads the AW- remarketing tag only, which lets you build site-visitor lists for remarketing. No conversion label or conversion event is sent.

With tracking on, they see a branded page with your blurred cover art, title and artist for a fraction of a second (2.5 seconds at most) while your pixels fire, then Spotify opens. With tracking off, it is a direct redirect. Browsers without JavaScript are redirected by a meta refresh, and crawlers or link-preview bots never fire pixels.

No. Set your pixel IDs once in Settings and they fire on every click of every link. Each link also has a Disable Tracking switch that turns it into a plain redirect; clicks are still counted in analytics.

No. Sptfy accepts validated pixel IDs only, by design, so no arbitrary code ever runs on the redirect page.

Visits, approximate unique visitors, referers, views over time by minute, hour or day, and breakdowns by country, region, city, referer, slug, language, timezone, device, operating system and browser, plus a realtime feed and globe. Every link has its own view.
