1. The service

Sptfy lets you create short links for Spotify content, with click analytics and optional marketing pixels. The service is provided free of charge, as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

2. Your account and links

Creating a link requires a valid email address, which you confirm via a sign-in link. Links that are not confirmed within 24 hours are deleted. You are responsible for the links you create. Only links to Spotify content are supported.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Sptfy to mislead, spam, infringe on rights, or circumvent the policies of Spotify or advertising platforms. We may remove links or suspend accounts that abuse the service, at our discretion.

4. Data

Our Privacy Policy describes what data we collect and how we use and share it, including sharing with our affiliated music-marketing services. By using Sptfy you agree to it.
