What we collect

When you create a link we collect your email address, the Spotify content you link to, the slug you choose, and any marketing pixel IDs you configure. When someone clicks your link we collect standard analytics: approximate location (from IP), device and browser type, referrer, and timestamp. We use cookies only for keeping you signed in.

How we use it

We use this data to operate the service: redirecting your links, showing you analytics, firing the pixels you configure, and emailing you sign-in links.

We also share your email address, the artists and content you link to, and aggregate usage data with our affiliated music-marketing services, where it is used for market analysis and advertising targeting. This sharing is part of how we can offer Sptfy for free.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data to unaffiliated third parties, and we don't send you marketing email without a separate opt-in.

Retention and your rights

Link and account data is kept while your account is active. Unconfirmed links are deleted after 24 hours. Click analytics are retained for roughly 90 days in identifiable form. You can delete your links in the dashboard at any time, and you can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, these are your GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection.
